Piemonte Farm is a sustainable, diversify 23-acre farm nestled in the heart of NC Piedmont Region. We make artisan cheeses with raw cow’s milk, make jams and jellies, grow lavender raise a small herd of sheep and bake artisanal breads.
Piemonte Farm started as a small artisan food enterprise in 2005.
At Piemonte Farm we focus on the art of preservation: milk in form of artisan cheeses, fruits as unique jams and wheat as artisan breads.
From our lavender field, we have fresh and dried flowers in season.
We make artisan cow’s milk cheeses aged and fresh cheeses like fromage blanc, mozzarella, and ricotta. Fresh farm eggs are gathered daily from chickens who happily roam our pastures and raw wildflower honey is bottled every season from our neighbor’s apiaries. Fruits in season are preserved in the form of delicious jams and jellies.
We are Sandra Sarlinga & Fabian Lujan, always in love with bringing back ancient skills and give them a new life. We sell our products at Floyd Farmers Market on Saturdays during the market season and at Harvest Moon Food Store in Floyd
