Rebecca’s Pantry lovingly crafts tiny batches of jams, pickles, preserves, and other pantry foods with unique flavor combinations from locally grown or foraged fruits, vegetables and herbs. Rebecca has been preserving foods since 1978. In 2013 she began partnering with local growers and foragers to bring the unique food preservation traditions and flavors of Appalachia to the Floyd Farmers Market. Rebecca’s Pantry products can be found at the Floyd Farmers Market from May – November or by appointment from her home year ’round.
