On October 24th, the Floyd County Board of Supervisors unanimously (5-0) passed a climate change/renewable energy resolution. Mary Freday and Preserve Floyd were instrumental in pushing this through the Board since the early summer months. SustainFloyd wants to give a warm thanks and we support this work for everyone in Floyd County.
We see this as a continuing collaboration among organizations and individuals in Floyd County to move our community toward a more sustainable future.
