SustainFloyd Foundation, Inc. is a tax-exempt nonprofit corporation in the United States under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by U.S. law. We will use your donation at our discretion to fulfill the objectives stated in our Mission & Vision.
The Terms and Conditions stated here govern donation payments made through our website at https://sustainfloyd.org. They govern the relationship between SustainFloyd and you regarding your donation and constitute a legally binding agreement, entered into by each party in consideration of the other’s obligations under these Terms & Conditions.
Conditions
We accept donations from individuals as well as any other legal entities. Donors who are individuals must be aged 18 or over.
Minimum donation amount is $10.
SustainFloyd retains the right to decline any donation. If an online donation is declined by us for any reason, we will issue a refund to your credit card for the full amount of the donation within 60 days.
Payments
Donations can be made through our website by credit or debit card. We use Stripe to process credit card transactions. We do not capture or store your credit card details, only the authorization from our payment processor that your credit card payment has been approved. If you authorize a recurring donation, your credit card details are stored by our payment processor in accordance with payment card industry standards. Once you confirm to us through the website that you wish to proceed with your donation, your transaction will be processed through our payment services provider.
You may choose the amount you donate. Before we can process your donation, you must provide us with your name, email address, donation amount and frequency, and details of the credit or debit card that you wish to use to fund the donation. You must provide us with complete and accurate payment information at the time you agree to make a donation. SustainFloyd cannot be held liable for any incorrect details that are provided to us.
SustainFloyd will issue a receipt for each donation by email. If you need a printexd receipt, please email us at info@sustainfloyd.org.
Recurring Monthly Donations
We offer the option to set up recurring monthly donations. When you select to give a monthly donation, you will be scheduling a series of payments to be made automatically each month until the donation is cancelled by you. By confirming that you wish to proceed with a monthly donation, you authorize our payment service provider to request funds from your credit or debit card on the day of each month that you made the initial donation payment. These Terms and Conditions will apply to each of the donations in that series.
To cancel your monthly donation, or update your credit card information, please email us at info@sustainfloyd.org.
If you have a recurring donation and become aware of fraudulent use of your card, or if it is lost or stolen, please notify your card provider and us at info@sustainfloyd.org.
Refunds and Cancellation
You may not cancel a donation once your payment has been collected. If you wish to increase your support after your donation has been processed, you must make a further donation.
Recurring monthly donations can be cancelled at any time by emailing info@sustainfloyd.org.
Confidentiality and Publicity
You agree not to publicize your donation, except with the prior written consent of SustainFloyd and then only if you comply with any relevant policies, procedures or requirements of SustainFloyd. This restriction shall not apply to any options for publicizing donations that SustainFloyd may make available to donors from time to time (for example, social sharing buttons on donation pages).
Data Protection and Privacy
Information about how we handle your personal data is set out separately in the our Privacy Policy. Please note that when you submit your payment details, these details will be transferred to our payment services provider. Your payment data will be collected and processed securely by that provider, whose terms and conditions are different from those of OP. Before you make a donation, please make sure that you are aware of our payment service provider’s Privacy Policy to ensure that you are comfortable with how they will process your personal data.
