Wildlife Tree and Shrub Request Form 2023

Sign up for 1 to 3 tree packages. Each package includes your tree or shrub, tree guard, mulch, and detailed planting instructions. Tree orders must be picked up on Saturday, December 16th, 2023 between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm at the Floyd Farmers Market. Please note supplies are limited.

Planting and Care

Proper care for your newly planted tree is important for a long healthy life.

I pledge to:

prepare an adequate planitng site.

provide regular consistent water.

use the tree guard to protect the tree.

use the mulch to help keep the area around the new tree free of weeds.
